FAQ 3CX - uaCSTA

uaCSTA is supported in the Gigaset N870/N670.

As a DECT handsets is limited to 2 Call legs, Accept multiple calls needs to be disabled in the 3CX.

What is supported behind 3CX is:

• Start Call
• End Call
• Answer Call
• Transfer Call un-attendant
• Do Not Disturb

To activate uaCSTA for the N870 you need to add the User-agent of the N670/N870 devices.

In the 3CX web-interface go to Settings - parameters - CSTA_USER_AGENTS and add:

• Gigaset N870 IP PRO
• Gigaset N670 IP PRO
