Description

This setting is used to change the system's MTU value.

Notes:

IPv4 min MTU is 68 Byte, from https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc791

IPv6 min MTU is 1280 Byte, from https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2460

and Jumbo frame is 9000 Byte, so just set the valid range of the MTU in our system as "1280~9000",
