SYSTEM INTERNAL
If the phone becomes unregistered and this setting is set to a value bigger 0, the phone will reboot after the amount of time has elapsed this setting is set to. This may be usefull because a restart of the phone may fix the issue why the phone fell unregistered before. But it may even confuse the user as well!
