FAQ 3CX - Distinctive ring
Introduction
From software 2.26.0 distinctive ring is supported.
The adjusted provisioning template contains the settings for:
- Internal
- External
- Queue
- IVR
Via auto-provisioning you can disable/enable this feature:
3CX: FXS/DECT - Edit - General - Distinctive ring
Distinctive ring is by default enabled.
